“Cooking in the outdoors should feel easy and enjoyable for everyone, but there hasn’t been a dedicated resource for aspiring chefs to learn and share their experiences of cooking outside on their camp stoves. Primus Camp provides this in the form of instructions and recipes from our incredible partners, how-to guides and other insights into best practices for cooking outdoors, and more,” says Per Wââg, CEO of Primus.

An important feature of Primus Camp is blog posts and international recipes from Primus’ distinguished and valued partner chefs, including Therese Elgquist (SE), Chef Adam Dulye and Markus Sämmer (DE). Partner and feature chefs will regularly share new meals to cook on a variety of different heat sources, ranging from open fire cooking to, double burner camp stoves to single pot backpacking stoves. In addition to recipes, Primus Camp also includes best practices, how-to guides and insights on how to get outside and cook in a safe and sustainable way, such as setting up the perfect camp kitchen, how to safely handle food, stove maintenance and more. Primus Camp will regularly be updated with new content from these categories and others.
