Salt Lake City-based ski maker introduces new partnership with Eleven Experience, providing skis for top global ski destinations
SALT LAKE CITY (Feb. 7, 2022) — This season, DPS Skis, the largest U.S.-based ski manufacturer, is proud to announce a new partnership with world-class experiential hospitality company, Eleven Experience. DPS Skis will outfit King Fisher Heli in British Colombia and Scarp Ridge Lodge in Crested Butte, Colorado, with newest 2022 model skis for guests and guides.

The Kingfisher Heli operation is located in the midst of the Central Monashees and Valhalla Mountains with over 300,000 acres of expansive terrain. This world-class destination is known for consistent snowfall and offers a vast diversity of terrain from open high-alpine bowls to steep chutes and perfectly spaced old-growth forests. Eleven Experience guides are highly trained professionals that help tie the whole experience together with custom itineraries for small groups. Skiers ranging from intermediate to advanced skill levels will enjoy fresh tracks every run. With lodging at Halcyon Hot Springs Resort, located in close proximity to all three zones of the Kingfisher Heli terrain, guests will enjoy natural hot springs, hearty meals and comfortable accommodations in between action-packed days of heli-skiing.
Scarp Ridge Lodge is located in the heart of Crested Butte, Colorado. Eleven Experience has exclusive access via 2 cat skis to 1,000-plus acres with two on-mountain outposts for guests to enjoy lunch and après for epic skiing at Irwin Mountain located 13 miles west of town. At over 10,000 feet above sea level in the Elk Mountains, this ski terrain is situated in the “snow shadow” of the Ruby Range, which means it is orographically favored to receive copious amounts of snow from December through April. Spoiled by light, low-density powder due to high altitude and prime location. Irwin’s geography has gained it the well-earned reputation for averaging 450 inches of snow a season—often twice that of the town of Crested Butte.
